 Corporation Formation and Operation: Including initial setup, required filings, shareholder's rights, officers obligations and directors duties, rights and obligations. Mr. Buchholz has served on the Board of Directors of two corporations and as President and Chairman of the Board for four years on another. His experience will help in the areas of corporate level decision making and policy setting and implementation.

Not-For-Profit Organizations: The firm has extensive experience in the area of Not-for-Profit organizations including filing for exempt status, meeting Federal reporting guidelines, developing and implementing fund accounting systems, and creation and use of budgets.

Taxation: Our firm has a very solid tax department with 90 plus years of experience. We have in place an education program that is designed to keep our preparers abreast of current tax law changes and proficient in their fields.
