Among Norman's many skills is his ability to communicate, his talent for putting people at ease, his in-depth interview skills and true concern for the client's needs. He has 42 years of experience in finding solutions, supervising and training employees, preparing financial reports and income tax returns. In 1977 Norman became one the first Licensed Tax Consultant in the State of Oregon. He has successfully represented clients before Internal Revenue Service and Oregon Department of Revenue. Norman has presented seminars for professionals and individuals. He also does volunteer work for several charitable organizations.
