Mr. Buchholz graduated from the University of Oregon, College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975, and has been in public practice ever since. His firm provides a wide variety of services in the public accounting arena including business counseling, corporation design and function, partnerships, limited liability companies and all aspects of taxation.

Mr. Buchholz is also familiar with the internal operation of corporations including initial set up, required filings, shareholder's rights, officers obligations and director's duties, rights and obligations. He has served on the Board of Directors of two corporations and as President and Chairman of the Board of a Nevada Mining Corporation. Experience includes 20 plus years of Public Accounting, running annual shareholders meetings and Board of Directors meetings, corporate level decision making, policy setting and implementation of procedures for ongoing operations and dealing the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Fish and Wildlife, Bureau of Land Management and various state and local agencies.
